About Vara & The
Founder
Jennifer Epiphany Long Vara Healing Arts was founded by Jennifer Epiphany Long. Since 1999, Jennifer has been practicing massage, bodywork and energy work, teaching yoga and meditation as well as life coaching. A traumatic car accident in 1997 started Jennifer on a journey into the healing arts as she faced her return to health with few resources. She brings to Vara the inspiration she has drawn from these experiences as well as from the loving memory of her grandmother - Jennifer's childhood mentor and best friend who died from cancer. Jennifer feels that if she had not found massage and yoga, she would still have many problems simply walking and sitting. The combination of receiving massage & practicing yoga has allowed her to recover from her accident much more rapidly and to feel better than ever before. Providing an environment for one to consciously work with the body, mind, spirit and heart is the core intention of Vara, with the reminder that such a journey can also be uplifting and fun. Jennifer's passion is sharing the wealth of information about wellness with everyone. Jennifer founded Vara Healing Arts as a gift to the world to provide support to people with their health and well-being.
