Partner Yoga and Thai Massage Workshop
Bring More Trust into Your Relationship!

In this three hour practice, we will experience and play with partner yoga poses that will encourage and bring up the question of trust. This will be a playful practice of connecting, opening, twisting and flying. We will finish off with the loving touch of your partner or friend in Thai Yoga Therapy as we give and receive using various acupressure, massage and yoga techniques.

Vara is conveniently located in Albany, right in the middle of Berkeley, Kensington and El Cerrito where an easy travel through the tunnel or an exit off the highway can be taken. We are at 850 Talbot Avenue, just North of Solano Avenue in Albany. Talbot Avenue is four blocks East of San Pablo Avenue, two blocks before the BART tracks.

Directions to Vara from I-80/580:
Take the BUCHANAN ST. / ALBANY Exit
Take BUCHANAN ST. to SAN PABLO AVE. (Arco on corner)
Turn Left and continue on SAN PABLO AVE. to second traffic light
Turn Right on SOLANO AVE.
Four blocks up turn Left on TALBOT AVE.
